Through the provision of different user education services like guided tours for the public, and user education talks like “Introductory Session on the Multimedia Information System”, “Introduction to Electronic Reference Databases”and “General Introduction to On-line Public Access Catalogue”, users get familiarised with the Hong Kong Public Libraries and the tools for searching information effectively.
