“It was a streamlined process, ” says Caitlin Vaughan, a third grade teacher who joined the RMP team this school year after teaching in New Orleans for four years. “Naomi was very responsive throughout the process and answered my many questions. The phone interview and in-person interview were both efficient, thorough and gave me a great sense of what working at RMP is like.”
So, what exactly can applicants expect when applying to work at one of the highest achieving college-preparatory charter networks in Denver? Those interested in a lead teaching role or the will begin a designed to gauge if a candidate’s abilities match the core competencies RMP considers imperative: culture-fit, coach-ability, leadership, teaching, organizational skills and growth-mindset.

Some competencies are weighted more heavily than others depending on what role the applicant would like to assume at RMP.”
