The primary role of the position is to provide support for Rodel and outside partners’ projects, events, and communications. Work will involve education issues areas such as: teacher and school leader quality; personalized and student-centered learning; and other high priority areas such as high standards, early learning, and college and career readiness.

La Academia is seeking high-energy, visionary, and dynamic educators to be members of the staff of a new Wilmington, Delaware based Charter Elementary School that will use Expeditionary Learning (EL), a nationally recognized education model, to drive the instruction in a dual-language setting. The ability to speak Spanish is required.

La Academia is seeking high-energy, visionary, and dynamic educators to join our staff of a new Wilmington, Delaware based Charter Elementary School that will use Expeditionary Learning (EL), a nationally recognized education model, to drive the instruction in a dual-language setting. The first of its kind in Delaware, the school will use EL’s project based approach to learning while teaching all students in both English and Spanish.
