Are you planning to pursue a Multiple or Single Subject Teaching Credential? Do you already have a Multiple or Single Subject Teaching Credential? If so, did you know you can add additional subject areas onto a general education teaching credential? This can help open up opportunities! Come learn about Added Authorizations! Added Authorizations are available in Math, Science, English, Social Science, and many more subjects.

This session will allow participants to interact with and ask questions of key school district hiring personnel. Gain insight into what school districts are looking for on resumes and during the interview process. An overview of the application process and tips for how to "stand out among the crowd" will be highlighted.

12:00PM - 4:00PM University Student Union Ballrooms, 2nd floor

Meet face to face with Districts and Schools that are looking to hire someone like you! You will have an opportunity to network, submit your resume, and interview with some of the most sought after education employers. Click here for a list of employers.

First, I would say you cannot over-dress an interview. You should always go in the best clothes you have. Since you don't want to buy a suit, you might want to consider a classic blazer: Blue with gold buttons. You should be able to get a simple one at JC Penny or the like for under $100. Not as fancy as a suit, but it will jazz up almost anything.
Sticking with your current wardrobe, I would go with the white shirt and tie. You definitely want to dress to impress so a tie is a must. The white shirt is best because it is conservative and traditional - you don't want to push the limits …
