Admissions/Enrollment Jobs

We hear from hundreds of potential students every year, inquiring about Grand Canyon University (GCU). Providing knowledgeable, caring staff as a resource to help students achieve their educational goals, is one of the most crucial steps in growing our university and ensuring we are helping students make the best decisions about where to continue their education.

Members of our admissions and enrollment teams work in a fun, dynamic, casual environment in several office locations including our traditional campus and our Tempe and Peoria Avenue offices. We serve as experts in higher education, which is why many of our positions require a college degree. All employees are provided with paid training to help each team member start on a successful path. We believe in rewarding passion, results, hard work and dedication, which is why all admissions and enrollment staff are eligible for annual pay increases. We also believe in having fun while working hard, and often hold activities like desk decorating events, theme days and potlucks to help keep morale and energy high.

We also have remote admissions representative positions available for both our traditional and online campuses. These positions work from home offices supporting student enrollment activities in territories located throughout the country.

We have four main positions within our admissions and enrollment teams that require great communication skills and a passion for helping students begin their journey toward a higher education that will help them achieve their short- and long-term goals.

Admissions Representative

At Grand Canyon University there are two types of admissions representative roles. To help foster student growth in both our online and ground campus programs GCU employs admissions representatives for both areas.

Admissions representatives for GCU's traditional ground campus focus on student outreach and communication with high schools and community colleges within their assigned territory. The goal of the admissions representative is to build relationships with both administrators and students, and to help showcase why GCU provides a great opportunity for graduating high school students or students seeking to transfer colleges. Individuals who enjoy working with high school students, or have experience in traditional education will likely be a great fit for this role.
