Early Childhood Education

CAP Tulsa early childhood education programs build solid foundations for success for children and their families. It’s available for FREE to eligible children ages birth through 4-years-old.

We offer center-based and home-based services for qualifying families, all designed to prepare your child for kindergarten with reading, writing, math and problem-solving skills.

Head Start

In conjunction with the National Head Start Association, our early childhood education programs help very young children develop memory and language, self-control and judgment, reasoning and problem solving abilities, along with math and reading skills. In order to meet the needs of all children and families, CAP Tulsa supports children’s continued development of the home language and English language skills as a link towards school readiness and success.

In 2011, CAP Tulsa was designated as a “Center of Excellence in Early Childhood” by the Office of National Head Start.
